1. Subject of Service

Caterina Amato offers accompaniment services and guided tours (walks) in London. Each tour is described in detail on its respective booking page, which specifies itineraries, duration, costs, and inclusions.

2. Specifications for Individual Walks (Prevailing Clause)

Users are informed that each individual walk may have specific regulations. Information regarding:

  • Cancellation timelines;

  • Refund policies;

  • Meeting points and precise times;

  • Physical requirements or recommended equipment;

is clearly indicated on the descriptive page of each specific walk. This information is an integral part of the sales contract and is considered viewed and accepted by the customer at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via Wix Payments.

  • The customer will receive a confirmation email with a ticket summary. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the data entered.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In accordance with UK and European distance selling regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services that provide for a specific date of execution.

  • Unless otherwise specified on the individual walk page, tickets are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

  • Any refunds or date changes will be managed according to the timelines indicated on the specific page of the purchased tour.

5. Weather Conditions and Updates

Walks usually take place even in the rain, except in cases of extreme weather conditions that may jeopardize the safety of participants.

  • Communications: In the event of changes, delays, or cancellations due to force majeure or adverse weather, Caterina Amato will send timely updates via WhatsApp or Email to the contact details provided during booking.

  • In case of cancellation by the organizer due to adverse weather, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

6. Punctuality and Conduct

  • The tour will begin at the scheduled time. Caterina Amato is not obliged to wait for latecomers or to refund tickets to those who do not arrive punctually at the meeting point.

  • Participants are required to maintain respectful behavior toward the guide, other participants, and the surroundings. The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone who disrupts the proper conduct of the tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Caterina Amato is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, or loss of personal items occurring during the walks.

  • Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness regarding the described route.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the courts of London shall have jurisdiction.
